Product Description
HWX hydraulic rotatory drum compactor, specially designed for slope and road construction, is suitable for excavators between 6-40 tons, catering to a wide range of users.
1. Strong Flexibility
Relying on the crawler/tire travel capability of the excavator and the multi-angle rotation function of its arm, it can operate freely on slopes (with a maximum angle of over 30°), in deep pits, and in narrow areas. This compensates for the poor terrain adaptability of traditional rollers.
2. High Efficiency and Energy Saving
It does not require separate power equipment and directly utilizes the excavator's power, reducing equipment procurement and maintenance costs. With a fast compaction speed, the compaction area per work shift can reach more than 10 times that of traditional manual ramming.
3. High Compaction Quality
High-frequency vibration enables deep compaction (with a compaction depth of up to 1-3 meters), effectively eliminating material pores and reducing post-construction settlement. It is particularly suitable for projects with high requirements for foundation bearing capacity.
4. Versatile Adaptability
By replacing rollers of different specifications (such as varying diameters and widths), it can meet the compaction needs of materials with different thicknesses and textures, achieving "one machine for multiple uses."
