Hydraulic Excavator Breakers are mainly divided into the following three types: Besides the above three types, there are skid steer breakers, banana type breakers, backhoe breakers: Full set of our breakers comes with the following parts:
Main Parts of the Excavator Breaker Hammer:1. Main Body: Including Front head, cylinder and back head. It can ensure your breaker in best performance.
2. Back head: Material: 20CrMo, impact energy is accumulated due to charged nitrogen gas in the block.
3. Front Head: Using 20CrMo material, high quality with long life.
4. Piston: Longer service life with optimized design and high quality special steel.
5. Valve: We adopt production process by grinding machine, with high precision.
6. Chisel: The specially heat treated chisel is directly applied to break rocks. There are four types for choosing: Moil, Blunt, Flat, Conical Point. The material is 42Crmo.
7. Through bolts: Longer service life with heat treatment.
8. Cylinder body: Material: 20CrMo. It is best quality material.
9. Seal Kits: We supply highly durable seal kits , which are corrosion resistant, high temperature resistant.
10. Damper: Durable imported prepolymer, which has good toughness, high elasticity abd good seismic cushioning performance.
