The diaphragm is a key component of the accumulator of the hydraulic breaker, playing an indispensable role in the operation of the hydraulic breaker.

Function: Mainly used to isolate hydraulic oil and nitrogen, ensure gas-liquid separation inside the accumulator, and maintain the normal operation of the accumulator. When the hammer is working, it can fluctuate with the hydraulic oil pressure, assisting the accumulator in absorbing and releasing hydraulic oil, and playing a role in stabilizing pressure and balancing system flow. If the leather bowl is damaged, it will cause nitrogen leakage, resulting in weak and reduced impact frequency of the hydraulic hammer, and may also cause severe vibration of the hammer, increasing user maintenance costs and additional expenses.

Application: Widely used in various hydraulic breakers. These breakers are often used in mining, metallurgy, railway, highway crushing and maintenance, old building demolition and other fields, and are important accessories of excavators.
